Generally speaking crazed cats at level 20 have roughly the same hp and damage as true forms at level 40. However, level 20 crazed cats generally have higher hp and damage than level 30 true forms, and they also often have special abilities. In general level 50 true forms have higher hp and damage than level 20 crazed cats.
